1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and jlxx ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), operating under license from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By accessing, registering an account on, or using the jlxx website located at https://jlxx.cam (the "Website", "Platform", "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the jlxx Platform and services. Continued use of the Website following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such modifications. We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

To register for and use jlxx services, you must:

• Be a resident of the Philippines or located within Philippine territory at the time of accessing the Platform;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law;
• Not be prohibited by any applicable law from participating in online gambling activities;
• Not be self-excluded or banned from jlxx or any other gambling platform due to problem gambling or regulatory action;
• Act solely on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of any third party;

2.2 Account Registration Requirements

When creating a jlxx account, you agree to:

Furthermore, employees of jlxx, their immediate family members, business partners, affiliate program participants, and individuals professionally involved in the gambling industry may be restricted from opening accounts or participating in gameplay as determined by jlxx management at its sole discretion.

3. Account Security and Verification

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements

In compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act regulations and PAGCOR licensing requirements, jlxx implements comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Before processing withdrawals or at any time during your use of our services, we may require you to submit verification documents including but not limited to:

You must immediately notify jlxx Customer Support if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

jlxx will never request your password via email, phone, or any communication method. Any such request should be treated as a fraudulent phishing attempt and reported to our security team immediately. You are liable for any losses incurred due to your failure to maintain account security, including losses resulting from credential sharing or negligent password management.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

jlxx accepts deposits via payment methods displayed on our platform, which may include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers to partnered Philippine banks, cryptocurrency transfers, and other e-wallet services popular in the Philippine market. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits are typically credited to your jlxx account balance instantly for e-wallet transactions, or within 30 minutes for bank transfers during banking hours. You must deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in confiscation of deposited funds and account termination. jlxx reserves the right to reject any deposit at our sole discretion, particularly deposits that raise anti-money laundering concerns or appear connected to fraudulent activity.

4.2 Withdrawal Procedures and Timeframes

You may withdraw funds from your jlxx account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account has completed KYC verification procedures;
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed your available balance minus any active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements;
• Withdrawals must be made to payment methods registered in your own name and previously used for deposits;
• Minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200; maximum withdrawal amounts vary by VIP tier and payment method;
• You have completed at least 1x wagering of your total deposit amount before withdrawal (anti-money laundering requirement);
• No active sports bets or casino game rounds are in progress;
• Your account is not subject to any investigations or disputes.

jlxx processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours for verified accounts. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically complete within 5-30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take 1-3 banking days depending on the receiving bank. Cryptocurrency withdrawals process within 2 hours subject to blockchain network confirmation times. First-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding PHP 50,000 may require additional verification and processing time.

4.3 Fees and Currency Conversion

jlxx does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, payment processors or banks may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control and are the sole responsibility of the user. When depositing or withdrawing in currencies other than Philippine Pesos, currency conversion will be performed at prevailing market rates plus a conversion spread, which may result in slight differences between the amount sent and the amount received.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Bonus Terms and Conditions

jlxx offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. 5.2 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

jlxx actively monitors for bonus abuse and fraudulent gameplay patterns. Activities that may be deemed bonus abuse include but are not limited to:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times;
• Coordinated betting with other players to guarantee profits from bonus funds;
• Using betting strategies that exploit bonus terms with minimal risk (e.g., hedging bets on both sides of a sporting event);
• Irregular betting patterns inconsistent with normal recreational gambling;
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to place bets or play casino games while bonus funds are active.

If jlxx determines that bonus abuse has occurred, we reserve the right to void all bonus funds, void winnings derived from bonus funds, suspend or terminate your account, and pursue recovery of funds through available legal channels. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are final and at the sole discretion of jlxx management.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Gaming

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games offered on jlxx utilize Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been tested and certified by independent gaming laboratories. Sports betting odds are determined by our trading team using market data and are subject to change until bets are confirmed. jlxx guarantees that game outcomes are random and fair, and that no manipulation occurs to disadvantage players.

If a game malfunctions after a bet has been accepted but before the outcome is determined, the bet will be voided and stakes refunded. jlxx is not liable for losses caused by technical failures beyond our reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues, power outages, server failures, or third-party service interruptions. You are responsible for maintaining adequate internet connectivity and device functionality when using jlxx services.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

7.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming

jlxx is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and preventing problem gambling. We provide tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks, and self-exclusion options. jlxx does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available continuously, uninterrupted, or error-free;
• Defects or errors will be corrected promptly or at all;
• The Platform will be free from viruses or other harmful components;
• Information provided on the Platform is accurate, complete, or current;
• Your use of the Platform will result in any particular outcome or financial gain.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jlxx, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use jlxx services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, jlxx's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of jlxx services shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your jlxx account during the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

8.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jlxx, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations;
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights;
• Your misuse of jlxx services;
• Your fraudulent or unlawful conduct;
• Any content you submit or transmit through jlxx Platform.

9. Account Closure and Termination

9.1 Termination by User

You may close your jlxx account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. If you fail to withdraw funds within 30 days of closure request, jlxx may process the withdrawal automatically to your most recent payment method on file. Accounts with zero balance or balances under PHP 50 may be closed without notice.

9.2 Termination by jlxx

jlxx reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• You provide false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Your account remains dormant (no login or gameplay) for 12 consecutive months;
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority;
• Continuing your relationship poses unacceptable risk to jlxx or other users.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. You remain liable for all obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination. jlxx reserves the right to retain funds pending investigation of suspected Terms violations, with disputed amounts to be resolved according to the dispute resolution procedures outlined herein.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Complaints and Disputes

We will investigate your complaint and respond within 14 business days. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player Protection Unit, which provides an impartial adjudication service for disputes between licensed operators and players.

10.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of jlxx services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. By using jlxx, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.

10.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the intent of the original provision. If such modification is not possible, the invalid provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the jlxx Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content, is the property of jlxx or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use jlxx services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from jlxx content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game code;
• Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
• Use jlxx branding, logos, or trademarks without prior written permission;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the jlxx Platform on other websites;
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from jlxx for any purpose.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

13.2 Amendments
